Laptops and tablets are the highest-value thing most brands ship, and they are flat, rigid and unforgiving — a corner impact travels straight through to the screen.
Our laptop and tablet mailer boxes use double-wall corrugated with a suspension or floating insert, so the device sits away from the outer walls rather than against them. The board absorbs the impact instead of passing it on.
What we ask before quoting
The device dimensions closed, whether it ships with a charger in the same box, and whether it needs to survive a return journey as well as the outbound one. Returns change the specification — a box that is opened, re-packed by a customer and sent back needs a closure that survives being used twice.
