A power bank is heavy for its footprint, and that weight is concentrated. Dropped in transit it will punch a corner of an under-specified box, and it will keep moving inside a loose one all the way down the line.
We build power bank mailer boxes on heavier board than a typical accessory mailer, with an insert that carries the weight across the base rather than letting it sit on one edge.
Board grade is not optional here
This is one of the cases where we will talk you up rather than down. E-flute is fine for a phone case; for a dense battery pack, B-flute or double-wall is what keeps the box square through the network. The extra board costs less than the replacement shipments it prevents.
