Who we are

What we collect
When you request a quote. Your name, email address, phone number, the box specification you describe, and any artwork file you attach. We ask for these because we cannot price a custom box without them.
When you place an order. Billing and shipping addresses, order contents and payment confirmation. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never reach our servers.
When you browse. Standard server logs and analytics — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser. This is aggregate data used to understand which products people look for.
Artwork and specifications
Files you send for quoting stay confidential. We do not use your artwork in our portfolio, marketing or sample packs without asking you first, and we do not share your specifications with other customers.
How long we keep it
Quote enquiries are kept for two years so we can honour repeat pricing. Order records are kept for seven years because tax law requires it. Artwork files are kept for as long as you remain an active customer, and deleted on request.
Who we share it with
Only the parties needed to fulfil your order: our payment processor, our shipping carriers, and our email provider. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Cookies
This site uses cookies to keep your cart contents between pages and to measure traffic. Blocking cookies in your browser will still let you browse and request a quote, but the shopping cart will not remember items.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@themailerpackaging.com and we will respond within 30 days.
