Why we build mailer boxes
the way we do.
We kept meeting brands paying for packaging that worked against them — cartons a size too big, filled with paper to stop the product moving, then billed on dimensional weight for the empty space. The box looked fine. The economics did not.
So we build the other way round: measure the product, add the clearance it actually needs, and cut the board to that. Today we produce custom mailer boxes, corrugated shippers, rigid boxes and specialty packaging for brands across the USA — with a 50-unit minimum so a startup can test a design, and wholesale pricing that steps down as volumes grow.

What we do
Custom packaging services,
under one roof.
Design, print, die-cutting and finishing happen in one place. That matters because most packaging delays and colour problems happen in the handoffs between separate vendors — so we removed the handoffs.
Printing on site
Digital, litho and flexo under one roof. We choose the method by run size, because the cheapest process at 100 units is not the cheapest at 10,000.
Cutting & finishing
Die-cutting, creasing, lamination, spot UV, foil and embossing — and honest advice on which finishes a customer will actually notice on your product.
Inserts that stop movement
Fitted board and foam inserts, usually cheaper than the volume of loose filler they replace, and far better at keeping fragile items still in transit.
Checked before it ships
Every run is pulled and inspected for colour drift, print registration and fold accuracy. A box that will not lock shut is a box that never leaves us.
Flat-packed freight
Custom mailer boxes travel flat, so you pay to ship cardboard rather than air, and they arrive ready to fold at the packing bench.

Recyclable as standard
Kraft and corrugated stock with water- and soy-based inks. We will tell you when a finish you have asked for makes the box harder to recycle.

Someone who sets up packaging artwork daily checks your dieline and colour build before production — and answers the phone if something is unclear.
